Delete per WP:PROMO. Some parts of the articles are written like an advertisement (e.g. 'Located around the Central Piazza are a range of local businesses, including; Fidget & Bob, a café with excellent food & drink, and great reviews...'), and reference pages of property agencies.   • It's not so promotional the article would need to be completely deleted, but there is a question of whether it's notable as a suburb versus a development that I can't answer just by looking at the sources in the article.
