Delete and/or redirect, without prejudice against recreation in the future if somebody can do better than this. To be fair, Springfield MO is a large and significant enough city that its mayors would likely be allowed to keep substantive articles, but mayors are not handed an automatic notability freebie just because they exist — the notability test for a mayor is not passed by writing a bit of pre-political career background and then providing cursory verification that he's the mayor, it is passed by writing and sourcing substantive content about his political impact (specific things he did, specific projects he spearheaded, specific effects he had on the development of the city, and on and so forth.) But that's not what's here: this isn't a properly written article that demonstrates his notability as a mayor, it's just a résumé. Bearcat (talk) 16:29, 15 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]

As a local politician, I'm just not seeing any regional coverage, but I would be surprised, given the significance of the city if we don't see it in the future.
