It does not look to me as if this journalist, writer and publisher meets WP:GNG or WP:AUTHOR. The coverage is book reviews. I have not been able to find any additional references to add. (Edited to add: I realise book reviews do count towards notability, but it looks as if two of the reviews are blogposts, one is a deadlink and I'n not entirely sure of the WP:RSness of the others.)
