Delete. The subject is not notable by himself; he is only known for the shooting. There is no information here that is not already included in Arapahoe High School shooting, and as it stands, not enough information on Pierson to make an independent article. Redirect - Depending on the outcome of Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Arapahoe High School shooting, possible targets would be Arapahoe High School shooting and Arapahoe High School (Centennial, Colorado). This person has no notability outside of this one shooting event, so it would make sense to redirect to the place where the event is discussed. Delete Why would somebody make an article about him? Many school shooters don't even have pages about themselves, let alone school shooters who only shot and wounded people. For the same reason we don't need a redirect for his victim or the teacher. He is not relevant or notable and for the sake of his family he need not be immortalized.
