Delete per nom. Fails WP:GNG (the only coverage available is trivial in nature, substantially made up of "passing mentions", and related to a single event - the subject's single general election candidacy. The only independent coverage, where the subject is the primary subject, is a piece in a non-national news outlet - of the type that was likely applied to all candidates). Also fails WP:POLITICIAN (has never held elected office. Of any kind. Got about 100 votes [~0.2%] from an electorate of nearly 100,000 [1]). Falls substantially outside project scope.
