Not notable per WP:AIRCRASH for a standalone article. WP:NOTNEWS also applies. No WP:PERSISTENCE ...William 15:13, 21 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]

- Keep. Meets WP:AIRCRASH: The accident involved hull loss or serious damage to the aircraft or airport. - The Bushranger One ping only 22:10, 21 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]
- Weak Keep. Per The Bushranger, it does in fact meet WP:AIRCRASH, but the nom's point about WP:PERSISTENCE is also valid. Leaning keep because I favor specific guides over general ones. - Jorgath (talk) (contribs) 17:59, 22 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]
- Merge to the bird strike article's incidents section. I don't think this warrants an article of its own, but would be a good addition to the bird strike article, which at the moment has a lot of minor incidents mentioned without sources to back them. - Merge to bird strike, per YSSYguy, based on WP:MILL. While the loss of the aircraft is certainly regrettable, there are many crashes of aircraft with total loss of the airplane. How does this one stand out from the others?Marikafragen (talk) 01:46, 29 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]
- Merge per above. We are not a collection of news reports about transportation incidents. Sandstein 06:27, 29 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]
