Can not find license, or any other sources that substantiate this article. Station is not licensed in the FCC records. It may have had a Construction permit but that no longer exists. Also the company that owned it went into bankruptcy. ḾỊḼʘɴίcả • Talk • I DX for fun! 22:17, 23 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]
- Delete- Station never made it to the "license to cover" stage required for broadcasting and hence notability, this is just a station on paper, hence not notable. - Neutralhomer • Talk • 02:03, 24 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]

- Delete, per the rationales at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/KBNY; this station never made it past the Construction Permit stage: it was a TV station on paper only. Since Equity's bankruptcy makes it pretty clear that this station will not go on the air, there's no reason to have this article. However, the CP should be mentioned, with source, in Equity's article. Firsfron of Ronchester 14:30, 27 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]
- Delete Ownership of the construction permit reverted back to Vernal LLC after Equity's bankruptcy [1]. In December 2010, another former owner, TV 6, wanted to reallot the channel elsewhere in Utah [2]. So, who knows when this station will ever make it to air.
