The article appears to be a hoax. The only G-Hits for "'Jose Sese' baseball" are either Wiki-clones or an unrelated person. The Baseball Cube, which contains a database of all minor league players since the mid-1970s has no record of this person. On top of that, it just sounds like a hoax.
