Delete WP:ROUTINE coverage only, so fails GNG. Certainly fails NHOCKEY with no experience in an established, well-covered league (has only played in amateur and junior leagues). Played in the second and third tier of the IIHF championships, but those are only for promotion and relegation. Did not play for The World Championship which is only in the top division.
