Non notable and promotional. The books sound impressive, until you look at the publishers. The moderate number for the one book by a respectable publisher is the total number for all the 11 editions. ( DGG ( talk ) 03:47, 28 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]

  • Delete I took a close look at the first book Achieving Excellence Through Customer Service (Prentice Hall, 1996) on a Proquest News Archive search, but found less than I expected. A 3-sentence review in Minority Business Entrepreneur. But the other hits were articles that cited him as an expert, with a descriptor: "According to Tschohl, who is also the author of Achieving Excellence through Customer Service, if a company can get its employees to master and execute the fundamentals, it can own the customers for life."  ; "Many companies invest too much money in customer-service-oriented advertising and too little in customer-service training, says John Tschohl, president of the Service Quality Institute, in Bloomington, Minn., and author of "Achieving Excellence Through Customer Service" (Prentice Hall, $22.95). " and more similar. Ran a Proquest News search on his unique name, the first 10 hits were PRNewswire press releases. Below that it more brief quotations.
