This BLP about a headteacher is sourced to Debrett's, which is considered reliable, to Who's Who, which is in the list of perennial sources as unreliable, and to his articles in the HuffPost, which is not an independent source. I have not been able to find references to add. The article does not meet WP:THREE, and I don't think Moule is notable according to WP:GNG or WP:ANYBIO.
