NN author, fails the GNG and all elements of WP:AUTHOR. No sign of significant coverage, at least once one has winnowed out the same-named political activist, economist, basketball player, bassist, forty-niner ... (By the bye, for those overzealous deprodders out there, "significant coverage" does mean "significant coverage." It does not mean namedrops.) Notability tagged for over a decade. • Comment nothing found in Kirkus, Publishers Weekly, or Gale Literature (including Contemporary Authors). --DiamondRemley39 (talk) 00:01, 23 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]
  • Delete The amount of other people who need to be sorted out is somewhat surprising. This person seems to have some fringe ideas about Beowulf, and there is no evidence that these ideas have been accepted as mainstream, or have had any impact on other scholars. So he fails the academic notability as well as the writer notability guidelines.John Pack Lambert (talk) 21:02, 28 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]
  • Delete - I'm unable to find any convincing evidence of notability. ~Kvng (talk) 22:25, 28 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]
