- Keep. The article is written in a puffy style, but Kessler is a very well-known lawyer: just Google <Kessler NFLPA> and look at the results--his name is not just in lots of articles, it's sometimes in the headline.[1][2][3]. - Keep as meeting my standards for notability of attorneys. The subject is partner in a major law firm, has argued significant cases, lead lawyer for a newsworthy case [4], etc. he also easily passes WP:GNG. Bearian (talk) 21:04, 12 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]
