Artist who doesn't quite meet Wikipedia's notability requirements. She certainly has been active but there's a definite lack of reliable, in-depth coverage in third-party sources to build an adequate biographical article. Pichpich (talk) 23:17, 7 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]

- Delete. This case is similar to that of Christel Miller: a person billed as a filmmaker who has not actually made any notable films. She has a book, co-written with another person, but that is held by only 2 institutions. Almost all the sources are web ephemera, with the exception of a piece in the Reno Gazette-Journal on an exhibit she helped to organize in 2010, which is also actually the subject of the aforementioned book. Article is among several created by a new user in the last week that are either in AfD or PROD, so this is likely to be not much more than a fan page. - Delete per above. There's no coverage here. Also, this is one of several articles created by a group of editors that concerns films and people within a certain group of people or a certain company.Tokyogirl79 (talk) 15:59, 10 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]
- Weak delete. In addition to the bit of real coverage for her Reno show, noted above, a work of hers got mentioned in The Washington Post[1], and her resume reflects a lot of (apparently minor) awards and participation in exhibitions at notable art institutions[2], but so far we haven't seen (and I couldn't find) enough coverage to support an article. She is apparently still in school at USC[3]. I would not be surprised to see more coverage eventually; right now, it's WP:TOOSOON. --Arxiloxos (talk) 18:00, 10 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]
- Delete. WP:ACADEMIC. Bleubeatle (talk) 07:26, 11 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]
- Weak Delete. In analysis, it is seen that her minimal film career fails WP:ENT.[4] She being a PhD "candidate" who has lectured overseas fails WP:ACADEMIC. However, there might be a way to save this under WP:ARTIST for her numerous exhibitions,[5] but even there sourcing looks pretty sparse.[6] Schmidt, MICHAEL Q. 07:38, 11 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]
- Weak delete. The only good sources identified so far are the Reno Gazette-Journal and Washington Post stories. The Reno one is pretty in-depth but the Post one isn't, and I don't think that's enough. —David Eppstein (talk) 18:28, 11 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]
- Delete -- notice of her work has only gone slightly beyond what one would expect for a filmmaker at this stage of her career and comparing to the wider field of academic filmmakers is far too soon. -- Michael Scott Cuthbert (talk) 23:19, 12 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]
- Delete No reliable sources to showcase notability are available; she also does not to meet the academic notability guidelines. — ΛΧΣ21™ 00:53, 14 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]
- Delete Couldn't find any reliable sources pointing the person's notability. TheStrikeΣagle 04:05, 14 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]
