Footballer who fails GNG and NFOOTY. No appearances in matches that satisfy NFOOTY - Micronesia isn't a FIFA or OFC member, and South Pacific Games aren't FIFA A-level matches. Comment - BlameRuiner even though they all fail WP:NFOOTBALL, I would prefer separate AfDs as it's possible that some might pass GNG - these are all individual sportspeople with varying degrees of coverage.
