Advertorially toned WP:BLP of a musician, with no strong claim to passing WP:NMUSIC and no reliable source referencing being shown. The strongest discernible notability claim here is that he and his music exist, which does not automatically guarantee a Wikipedia article in and of itself absent passage of an NMUSIC criterion -- and the referencing here is to WP:BLOGS, his own self-published website, a Spotify stream and YouTube videos, not to reliable source media coverage that counts as valid support for notability.   • Delete: fails WP:GNG and WP:MUSICBIO. Any independent coverage of Mr. West is WP:ONEEVENT related to him winning a busking competition nine years ago [1], and there has been nothing since then.
