Does not appear to have any third-party references, only a long list of his own works, and so does not establish biographical notability.

- Delete as a poorly and fairly blatant cut and paste of his resume. I can't see past the wall of verbiage whether he's notable. We certainly have eliminated many other local officials, business people, and activists. Bearian (talk) 19:05, 9 December 2016 (UTC)
