No evidence of notability. The only references given are to broadwayworld and ibdb. Neither of these does any more than give credits for work done by Noone: neither is substantial coverage. Also it is questionable how far these can be regarded as independent sources: idbd is a trade association, and broadwayworld is largely promotional.
