Keep, "neighbourhood" in this context is a type of administrative division similar to a ward (see dong) and not just "a neighbourhood" in the casual sense. keep Everyone has a sense of belonging. So, if someone who lives in Jaegung-dong searched the town in wikipeia, they want to see their town information on wikipeia. Also, if there is an article about their town on wiki, they can contribute theri town information to the article. So, Wiki can be more ample and rich.
