WP:BLP of a filmmaker with no strong claim of notability under WP:CREATIVE -- the notability here boils down to a lip-dub video on YouTube and a short documentary film released only on Vimeo, and the sourcing is entirely to local community weekly newspapers in his own hometown area, and fails to demonstrate any of the wider coverage necessary to satisfy WP:GNG.
