Keep as even just a simple Google Books search finds multiple sources covering the subject, e.g. [1] [2] [3]. [4] describes his killing as a "turning point that made the violence in 2009 inevitable". Keep A whole book has been written about him and referred extensively in many others. He's a key figure that can't be left out in any historical analysis of evolution of Boko Haram insurgency. His death alone has been covered extensively as can be seen in this VOA report or this. Keep. Continuing news coverage - [6][[7][8]. Books - [9][10][11]. Finding sources for African figures is often hard (media and coverage of Africa in English - even for Nigeria (official language English) - is not as developed as in other countries) - for this individual it is quite easy to see there are many sources out there (as well as a few interwikis).
