Just created by a largely single (or dual) purpose account whose only other edits -- to Paris & Simo -- are equally promotional, this detailed advertorial article is for a company that fails to net any coverage beyond news releases and non-RS trade publication stories. Question Shawn in Montreal, have you checked if John Sampalis is a notable researcher? If he is, we could redirect the article to him. gidonb (talk) 21:57, 19 August 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Gscholar searches are not my area but I doubt it. He is currently an associate professor with co-authorship on just three papers. Associate profs rarely meet WP:ACADEMIC, from what I've seen at Afd. Moreover, redirect to what? There's nothing about Sampalis' research in this blatant WP:ADVERT for a company. Any such bio article would have to start from scratch. If you'd like to try your hand at that, that's great. I've no intention of doing so, as I have no competence in this area. Shawn in Montreal (talk) 12:13, 20 August 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Delete promotional article, self-sourced. I'm willing to redirect/rewrite to the principal, if he's notable, but found no such indication. Neither did the nominator, whom I asked for his opinion. Thanks for the response, Shawn in Montreal! gidonb (talk) 15:56, 20 August 2017 (UTC)[reply]
