Delete. This is a WP:BLP of a person that's probably impossible to identify satisfactorily, much less to establish their notability. The Hollywood Reporter link is broken and I couldn't repair it in Wayback Machine. The WGA awards cited refer to a "J Roberts" but have no further information to satisfactorily identify the person.
