- Weak Keep. The article is atrocious, the subject is probably notable. Minor dabble in politics. Was co-founder and CEO of RSL communications - which raised during the dotcom bubble some 1.7 billion dollars prior to going bust. Some coverage afterwards. Most of the coverage is in Hebrew (business press and some news) - e.g. some in Haaretz English, profile in Globes on post RSL comeback, coverage on a black check company he founded, and here too, coverage prior to RSL's collapse (per Fisher - not in a bad state), in depth coverage of his termination from RSL.
