Seems to be pretty self-promotional, and probably fails WP:BIO. There is an article profiling him, but I'm not convinced that makes him notable. There is a quite extensive list of publications at the end of the article, but due to the interwiki hoax, I'm inclined to think none of these are more than simple mentions of his name and that the author probably even included some fake references.
