Speedy Keep The nomination fails to provide a case for deletion and seems to be proxying for an IP editor but there's a reason that IP editors are not allowed to start AfDs. The page in question is substantial and has existed for over 10 years. WP:BEFORE obviously hasn't been done as there are numerous books about the topic.
