Doesn't seem to pass WP:GNG. A quick google search reveals that most of the little coverage this company has got is for its products.. And article reads like a promotion. Think this should be deleted. Regards —JAaron95 Talk 14:22, 6 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]

  • Delete for now as although News, Books, browser and Highbeam all found links, there's nothing to suggest better yet. SwisterTwister talk 07:20, 7 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]

  • Redirect - to parent company Invensys or Schneider Electric. Software company article of unclear notability, lacking independent references apart from a routine announcement of the acquisition. A search turned up more coverage of the acquisition in automation world and press releases related to their 'InduSoft Web Studio' product, but no significant coverage not about the acquisition. Parent companies are notable so a redirect is reasonable. Dialectric (talk) 04:49, 8 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]
