A film only has to be shown to pass one criterion in NFO to be deemed notable, not all of them simultaneously. So yes, legitimate film reviews are valid and notability-supporting sources — in fact, since only a small minority of films can ever actually claim to pass points 2 through 5 (e.g. winning a notable film award, being selected for preservation in a national archive, etc.), legitimate film reviews are precisely the kind of sourcing we're actively looking for when it comes to most films.
