Delete Fails WP:N; the subject seems to be of interest only in its home city. As you mentioned, it's a blatantly promotional article. Although it received an award, that, alone, does not qualify it to be notable. There doesn't seem to be any significant coverage from reliable sources. Luke ^Talk 04:45, 10 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Comment. Very odd that the article is so keen to claim that the Queen's Award for Voluntary Service is an MBE! Which it isn't, of course. It's the Queen's Award for Voluntary Service! -- Necrothesp (talk) 10:20, 16 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]
