Article has been here many years and has essentially not changed, and still unencyclopedic, and there is still no clarity on the notability. We either need to ditch it or fix it. — billinghurst sDrewth 21:29, 4 April 2024 (UTC)

- Delete: Practicing lawyer, international law. I don't see notability. Sourcing is largely primary or passing mentions. Few if any sources found on my own. Most are name drops Oaktree b (talk) 23:08, 4 April 2024 (UTC)
- Speedy delete: per WP:G11. While the article subject may be notable (colloquially) amongst the elite of the Russian legal community (per his resume), he is not notable. voorts (talk/contributions) 22:52, 5 April 2024 (UTC)
- Delete: Clearly in violation of WP:PROMO. Checked for sources: nothing that could establish notability. Only record appears to be some publications under his name. Obv not valid for notability. Jtrrs0 (talk) 23:57, 5 April 2024 (UTC)
