The subject does not meet Notability (people), and Not a Directory. Local politician without any claim to national significance. Note that "Lord Mayor" is a ceremonial role taken up on a rotating basis by councillors; it contrasts with the role of the elected mayor (e.g. Andy Burnham and Sadiq Khan).
