No evidence that the article's current subject is notable–the article provides one source that goes to a mere mention in a book. Googling the acronym returns many different results, many of which appear to be more notable than the current subject. Specifically searching "Intelligence Training Advisory Board", its full title (and what the article's name should be) returned exactly one result. Fairly certain that's short of WP:ORGCRITE.
