- Delete: refers to processes, tools and methods to establish a multi-supplier integration capability for an enterprise. The principle is in short to manage enterprise IT services delivered my multiple suppliers across different delivery models in one integrated enterprise service management process... Follows this with a list of items written in similar language, perfect for somebody's Power Point presentation.
