The school lacks enough independent sources with significant coverage for it to be its own article. There is some coverage about an incident, but under the list of WP:ORG for trivial coverage there is "coverage of purely local events, incidents, controversies". 0xDeadbeef (talk) 12:21, 6 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Of the eight sources on the article:
- three are from the official websites of the school
- one is a tiny section on a newspaper with a mention of a name with "(Huntingtower)"
- two are about the incident (where the sources are at least secondary and reliable)
- one is questionable and could be sponsored (https://www.openaustralia.org.au/debates/?id=2018-08-22.52.1)
- one is a book, which I speculate to be by a former principal/owner. This is not verifiable because no one has online or offline access to the book except the author who added the source.

Hello @0xDeadbeef:, Is the book you're referring to "Reflections of Huntingtower 1927-1977"? I'm not the author but I do have the book. It's probably not online. Here's a reference for it: https://catalogue.nla.gov.au/Record/3641525, if that helps. Is there any more citation it needs for Wikipedia? Thanks. Keep. I'm relatively new to Wikipedia, but what if this page could be updated so: A. Either the references work or B. The page could be shortened to remove different parts that are not referenced very well. It seems like the page would be good to keep for a school that has been around this long. Would it be possible to start removing sections that are not documented that well on the live Wikipedia page or is there another staging page to do that on? Nothing would have to be final. If the school is notable then it can be restored. Deleting an article does not erase all the data of an article. If it fails to meet the notability guideline then it should not be its own article. 0xDeadbeef (talk) 07:35, 10 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]

I've tried to just update some links and add citations without changing the meaning or content. There are still areas that don't have citations and I don't know if those could just be left there with a flag (for more citation research) or should they be removed? There's also that one incident that could be possibly removed for trivial coverage? Are there any other basic things that need to be done for this page?
