We have all this info on The Dumping Ground (series 1) and IMHO we don't need to duplicate what's already in great detail above. -

  • Keep - many drama series would follow this format - with a separate article for each episode. As a watcher of the show, there is a huge amount of detail which could be attributed per episode as there are numerous points to the plots. It's just got to be included. I've decided to merge the series 1 & 2 pages into the episode list anyway. There could be a small amount of detail in the episode list page, but more detail on the individual pages. The only issue would be finding sources. Emirates123 (talk) 17:30, 14 January 2014 (UTC)[reply]
  • Comment, you'd argue that for shows like Waterloo Road, Top Gear, there isn't a large amount of happenings in the episodes which are really worth writing a large paragraph about anyway. Comedies (Only Fools and Horses for example) have individual articles. Yes, Dumping Ground isn't as popular, but with Only Fools, I find it easy to go through the page and find an episode article. Probably because the template is there and clear to read. I think with separate series articles, it will get a bit messy like it was before I re-directed them. I say brief description on the 'List of episodes' page and full synopsis on main episode page. I think with a bit of general clean-up (references, a screencap/image for the episode) it would work. • Redirect all to The Dumping Ground (series 1) - I'm sorry, but this is just a common-or-garden TV show, and none of the episodes have any lasting, or external, notability. If an episode won a major award, or makes a significant contribution to culture, then we could look at those individual episodes having articles. At present, the episodes will fail WP:GNG as all of their coverage in WP:RS is primary. Simply put, this TV show is not big enough to justify individual episode articles either; comparing it to Only Fools and Horses is like comparing the Queen to a baby born a month ago in Birmingham, and, as such, that is an absolutely bizarre comparison to make. • Redirect all as above. Lack of secondary research indicates a lack of notability as per WP:GNG. DavidMichaelScotttalk 01:07, 15 January 2014 (UTC)[reply]
  • Redirect all as above; as I said in an equivalent nom for Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/List of The Dumping Ground guest characters this entire series has a terrible mess of articles that should all be merged to the main one, though that one needs a whole lotta WP:TNT itself because of very fine inane detail (not for decision here, but seriously needed).
