Scope is extremely specific and doesn't make sense as a standalone article. Instead, this could best be included in Optical coherence tomography or even as part of a new "History of optical coherence tomography" article, although the content isn't optimal for mainspace.   • Delete Ultra-niche "history" article, heavy reliance on primary sources. With major cleanup I might consider a merge with Optical coherence tomography, but the information here is so specific and so poorly-framed I wouldn't know what to do with it as-is.
