A ceo and entrepreneur who lacks in-depth significant coverage, this is tricky and I’d break it down, they do have google hits but unfortunately none are reliable. If you observe the sources (conducting your own research if you may) you’d note they are self published, pr sponsored, sources with no reputation for fact checking, & sources not independent of her, this shouldn’t confuse you, although this can be tricky for a new NPR reviewer. Regretful delete. I would love for us to be able to have an article about Ms Donigan. There are far too few role models for women in business at the level of a CEO of a major company, and as such, in a colloquial not wp-technical sense, she should be notable. However, as others have said, the sources that seem to be available are generally just uncritical transcripts of interviews with her. I dug through the first 3 screens of google hits and the best I found was https://www.wsj.com/articles/new-ceo-crafted-a-vision-for-rite-aid-now-shes-launching-it-in-a-crisis-11586955602 and https://greenwichfreepress.com/around-town/arts/from-sunday-school-to-ceo-heyward-donigan-ceo-of-rite-aid-to-speak-at-christ-church-171378/, both of which are flawed in this way.
