Well, I do appreciate the feedback. The product has been available for almost a decade but it is never reviewed because its competition are big software products such as Robohelp and Doc-to-Help and others. I can find no articles of review, but I've learned a lot in this process so I thank you for your comments. I may make a fresh attempt at some future point if I can locate a reputable review.
