Delete. The only reference is deprecated, and all the info in the article is in relation to his family and heritage, not about him--for example, one of the two times he is mentioned in his own Early Life section is After his grandfather Mehmed Selim Efendi passed away in 1937, Harun Osmanoğlu had no one but his mother.
