Sourcing does not meet WP:GNG, most of the article's sources are IMDb and those that aren't don't appear to be much better (or have trivial coverage). Searching online led me to articles about other people named Harihara Mahapatra. Keep - He won best comedic actor twice in a niche market of less than 38 million people (Odia speakers); I think there is probably more coverage on him, but mostly likely in what I assume is his native tongue. Orville1974 (talk) 13:07, 22 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]
