Founder of a company that has some notability but it is written in a promotional way. But, company's notability doesn't directly translate to his own. Redirect a WP:BEFORE search indicates that Tulip Telecom, a company started by him in 1992 has required sources to prove notability. But the subject in question lacks in-depth coverage in RS.
