Virtually unreferenced, and promotional. Has been moved back and forth, so draftifying isn't an option. (Previous AfD was interrupted by creator moving this back to drafts, but doesn't want to keep it there.) Sources cited are nowhere near enough for WP:GNG notability, and a search finds nothing better. He has not been a substantial part of a significant exhibition, or won significant critical attention, or been represented within the permanent collections of any notable galleries or museums.
