Completely non-notable fictional creature. The only non-primary sources here are all being used in the "Creative Origins" section, which is entirely WP:ORIGINALRESEARCH, as the sources in question not only do not discuss D&D, they also predate the game by a century or more. Even if that section wasn't just entirely original research, noting the creatures origins do nothing to establish notability without reliable secondary sources actually discussing the creature, and there are none.
