This article was created by an undeclared paid editor by copy pasting from Draft:Grant Horsfield. As per WP:PAID it should have been submitted for review. Requesting delete to allow the draft article to be reviewed and eventually moved to main space if accepted. Dom from Paris (talk) 08:40, 26 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]

  • Comment - Since there is no agreement on the keeping or deleting of paid editing, and since this is an AFD, not an MFD, lack of notability is a reason to delete. The case has not been made for notability. Not every entrepreneur is notable, even if every entrepreneur considers himself or herself notable. No independent coverage by third-party sources. Therefore:

I agree that there is no concensus for deleting or keeping but there is I believe consensus as per WP:PAID that the article should have been submitted for review and this is my aim in initiating this discussion. Dom from Paris (talk) 09:01, 27 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]
  • Comment - I think there is a case for notability. This guy is well known in China as the founder of the tourism B&B (Minsu - 民宿) phenomenon. There's tons of articles which back that up in Chinese. Not only that but he built a company that was purchased by WeWork this year. I think that makes him pretty notable. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Tzqq (talkcontribs) 06:35, 27 June 2018 (UTC) Tzqq (talkcontribs) has made few or no other edits outside this topic. • Delete. A thin CV. Doesn't meet WP:CORP, it is promotion based on unsuitable sources. The sources are unsuitable because they are not independent or third party sources, they are interviews. The first three are anyway, and the rest I consider WP:Reference bombing. Possibly redirect to Naked Group, but let's see if that gets deleted too. --SmokeyJoe (talk) 06:56, 27 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Naked Group nominated for deletion, see Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Naked Group. --SmokeyJoe (talk) 07:12, 27 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]
  • Delete. I think undeclared paid editing to be inherently promotional and abusive, and suitable for deletion via G11 and probably also G3, vandalism, as an attempt to subvert to the purposes of WP. (As I am unsure there is adequate consensus, I do not do such deletions as an admin, but I certainly do advocate for them ). So treating this as an AfD, there is no evidence for notability and clear promotionalism .The combination is sufficient for deletion. DGG ( talk ) 17:08, 2 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]
