I cannot find any notable reference to this establishment online. It is not clear from https://dhe.odisha.gov.in/government-colleges/list-of-govt-colleges/teacher-education-institutes that there is still a teacher training establishment of that name in Chikitigada. However, https://www.shiksha.com/college/government-elementary-teacher-education-institution-chikiti-ganjam-94787/questions indicates that there is - but it looks like it only offers 50 places each year?
