- Keep. He satisfies WP:MUSIC and WP:GNG independently of Bloc Party. He's more than just a backup singer, or something; he appears to act as spokesperson for Bloc Party, and I can find sources which seem to be primarily about him, e.g. [1],[2],[3],[4].
