delete fails WP:BIO. as his time was decades ago, gbooks is better for search but all it reveals is one line mentions. Watch as the keep !voters recycle the "ambassador to a major country is inherently notable " argument. LibStar (talk) 13:49, 5 December 2016 (UTC)[reply]
