The result was Keep and Rename. There is clear consensus for the article to be kept. There is further consensus for the article to be renamed. At present that consensus appears to be to rename to World War II German war crimes in the Soviet Union, although it seems somewhat likely that the article may again be renamed as improvement efforts continue. It looks like this page was supposed to be merged with (it could be redirected to) German war crimes. We could also redirect to The Holocaust in Russia. This article is not written like an encyclopedia article. It also has poor references and many dead links. P,TO 19104 (talk) (contribs) 14:48, 28 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]

  • Rename World War II German war crimes in the Soviet Union and expand. It's a topic that deserves its own article. No redirect to The Holocaust in Russia, as many of the victims were not Jews. (German war crimes should be split into at least three separate articles, World War I, World War II, and other.) Clarityfiend (talk) 23:18, 28 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]
  • Rename as per Clarityfiend. The article at the moment is awful ("spiritually ill people" got my attention) but that's reason for clean-up not deletion. The topic is important. Zerotalk 03:43, 29 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]
  • Concure with Clarityfiend and Zero0000 that this subject is notable for it's own page - needs a clean up not a delete.Davidstewartharvey (talk) 07:36, 29 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]
  • Rename agree with Clarityfiend - GizzyCatBella🍁 04:23, 5 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]
  • Keep the topic although this fragmentary content doesn't look that helpful. See the fr. and es. versions for patterns of what this topic would/should/could be. Just assessing the related existing content in en. would be a major task. We may have found a hole in our encyclopedia. --Lockley (talk) 06:08, 5 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]
  • Rename (or Keep) and clean up -- The list of atrocities is quite long enough to warrant a separate article, even if the present one needs more work. The present name might do, but Clarityfiend's is better. Redirecting to German war crimes would not do as this is a list of events with (appropriately) little detail, but the heading in that should not be Russia as Ukraine was part of USSR, but not of Russia.
