There is no indication of notability in this article. You can't be notable for not being something Gbawden (talk) 14:18, 25 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]

  • Delete While you can be notable for not being something (Anna Anderson? Perkin Warbeck?) it's certainly not automatic, and being mentioned in a couple of football history lists isn't really comparable to pretending to be royalty. He fails WP:NFOOTY and WP:GNG, and merits at most a note on Arsenal's article. This personal web page gives a good account of what is going on. --Colapeninsula (talk) 16:10, 25 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]
  • Delete per nomination. EricSerge (talk) 18:04, 25 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]
  • Delete If Elcoat had actually gone around passing himself off as a sports manager and gained something from it, there might be a way he was notable, but accidentlly being put in a list the way he was is not such a thing.John Pack Lambert (talk) 04:05, 26 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]
