Yet another campaign brochure for a person notable only as an unelected candidate in an upcoming election. As always, per WP:POLITICIAN this is not a claim of notability that justifies a Wikipedia article; if a person was not notable enough to merit an article before becoming a candidate, then they have to win the election (not just run in it) to become notable enough. He'll qualify for an article if he wins, but there isn't a legitimate claim of notability here as things currently stand.
